Can I return my purchase from AMS Nutrition?
- Any sealed product, that is still suitable for resale, may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or a credit may be issued to the account with prior authorisation from our customer service representative.
- Any books, plates, meal planners and shakers (all accessory items) may not be returned.
- The verification of the sealed returned containers is up to the discretion of the AMS Nutrition and if the returned product is deemed unfit for sale no credit will be issued, no product will be exchanged, and the shipment will not be returned.
- Please allow at least 72 hours from receipt of your return confirmation for the funds to be re-deposited into your original payment account.
- No Returns Will Be Accepted After 30 Days. All refunds are credited to the account excluding the original shipping costs of the product.
- Any Discontinued Products Are Non-Refundable.

- Contains multiple serves or packaged items (no tubs sorry)
- Is within 7 days of shipment
- Is not a discounted or special priced item

How will I know when my order is shipped and how long does it take?
All online orders automatically receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Our shipment days are Monday lunchtime and Thursday afternoon from Hamilton. We use FASTWAY COURIERS and keep a copy of all shipment numbers for reference if you require it please contact us.
Most orders are received within 3-4 days depending on location and courier services.
